It seems that the “festival of young cuisine” takes place in cities across the world this year. Past editions have been in Shanghai, Moscow, Le Havre, Brussels, Paris and Geneva.
Upcoming are Montréal, Québec, Canada (August 16-20, 2012); New York City, New York (September 21-23, 2012), and San Francisco, California (October 19 through 21, 2012). In Montréal, the event is held in collaboration with la Société des arts technologiques.
Included in all are all the staples of foodie fests: cooking demonstrations by local chefs, special meals and a tasting party. Select your destination and figure out what to do next on your own.
