Celebrate Food and Wine in Hawaii
The seventh annual Hawaii Food & Wine Festival takes place October 20 through November 5, 2017.
On Maui, where the fest begins, look for Global Street Food — 13 chefs from around the world will feature the Island’s fresh seafood, meat, and produce in street food style paired with beer, wine and cocktails. Moving on to the island of Hawaii, the Cuisines of the Sun returns with global culinary talent joining forces to celebrate the food and wine of sunny climates using the island’s bounty for a six-course dinner.
The fest finishes on Oahu with all sorts of events including one featuring food that is “foraged, fished and found” from the mountain to the ocean; ramen, pho, and other “steamy bowl” treats with broth and noodles, and ending with the Halekulani Culinary Masters Gala dinner.
