In September 2016, ground was broken to double the size of Mars Cheese Castle, 2800 West Frontage Road, Kenosha, Wisconsin.
According to Visit Kenosha, the expansion is expected be completed this April. It’s open meanwhile, so Road Trips Foodies can still stop for cheese, salami, popcorn and other traditional treats.
Founded in 1947, Mars Cheese Castle has been an icon along I-94 in Wisconsin for more than 60 years.
