The Watermelon Festival in Owensville, Indiana, celebrates the annual harvest of this summertime staple.
It takes place August 3 through 5, 2023, on Library Square in downtown Owensville.
Look for a watermelon-eating contest not to mention a hometown parade, lots of food vendors, games, entertainment, carnival rides, craft vendors, and a 5K run.
