Mansfield Mushroom Festival
The Mushroom Festival is set for April 25 and 26, 2015, at Mansfield Village, 6233 South Mill Road, Mansfield, Indiana.
Road Trips Foodies can register for organized mushroom hunts and buy or sell mushrooms at the auction. There’s a prize for the largest mushroom found each day.
Registration for the hunt is from 8 ’til 10 a.m. each day at Fox’s Overlook; entry fee $8.
Mushrooms will be sold throughout both days at the Mushroom Auction in the Red Barn.
Mansfield Village shops will be open and vendors will offer arts, crafts, antiques and flea market gems. Free tours will be given at the Historic Mansfield Roller Mill. For those who come to eat there’s “every kind of food imaginable”.
Mansfield is located in Parke County, Indiana, 6 miles south of US 36, just off the east side of SR 59 or 10 miles north of US 40.
