The Uncorked Food & Wine Festival rolls into Key Largo and Islamorada, Florida, January 8 through 17, 2015.
Events include wine tastings, beer tastings, specialty dinners, a chocolatier class, lobsterfest and a pig roast.
The ‘Grand Tasting Finale’ on January 17 will feature gourmet and specialty tastings from numerous area restaurants and caterers that will be complemented by visiting wineries from across the United States. It’ll be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the grounds of the Holiday Isle at the Postcard Inn (look for mile marker 84 — it’s about 90 miles from Miami).
