If you grow and sell potatoes (or are thinking about growing and selling potatoes), this is where you have to be next week: the Potato Expo, to be held January 7 through 9, 2015, in the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort, 9939 Universal Boulevard, Orlando, Florida.
Now in its seventh year, Potato Expo is the largest conference and trade show for the potato industry held in North America.
