Roubochon “Cooks” for Air France
Road Trips Foodies flying La Première class on Air France have a new menu on board.
Joël Robuchon created special menus for October and November, including caviar with salmon tartar and shiso sprouts (pictured), lobster with spicy coralline sauce, duck confit with truffle flakes and pan-seared scallops (for flights between Paris-Charles de Gaulle and New York-JFK, Los Angeles and Tokyo).
This “most Michelin-starred chef in the world” follows Régis Marcon, a triple Michelin-starred chef and winner of the Bocuse d’Or prize, who concocted the special meals for La Première customers in August and September.
