New Menus on ANA Flights to Japan
Road Trips Foodies flying ANA‘s business class beginning next month will have a new in-flight menu.
ANA has collaborated with restaurants in Thailand, Singapore, China, Hong Kong and Los Angeles to create “bespoke” choices to add to the traditional Japanese cuisine (which still will be available, of course). Chefs from the Four Seasons, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, and the Patina Restaurant Group will work with ANA to create local cuisine from the country of departure.
ANA began collaborating with renowned hotels and chefs on its in-fight menus last year, introducing meals to the Taiwan and India routes.
All Nippon Airways (ANA) is the 13th largest airline in the world by revenues (2013) and the largest airline in Japan by revenues and passenger numbers. Founded in 1952, ANA flies on 72 international routes and 115 domestic routes with a fleet of about 240 aircraft and 33,000 employees.
