Your Road Trips Foodie has a confession to make: figs are her favorite fruit.
Here’s a foodie fest celebrating all things figgy! It’s set for 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. August 9, 2014, at the Whole Foods Market, 650 West Shaw Avenue, Fresno, California.
Of course, there will be tastings of all sorts of varieties of figs (fresh and dried), but also samples of other foods, wine and craft brew. Tickets are available online or at the door (if they’re not sold out).
