Heads up, Road Trips Foodies: the Beer, Bourbon, BBQ and Bacon Festival is set for New Haven, Connecticut.
There are two sessions on March 22, 2014: noon to 4 p.m. and 5:30 to 9:30 p.m., both in the Old Swimsuit Factory, 1175 State Street, New Haven, Connecticut.
From craft brews to bacon, bourbons to barbecue, the “4B Festival” will bring together national and local purveyors. Added to the basics are musical performances, interactive art displays, live competitions among home brewers, BBQ taste tests and a bacon eating contest.
Tickets are available online, so buy before you make your travel plans.
Note that free shuttle buses will be running to and from the Union Street Metro North Train Station to the event.
