Get ready to enjoy Louisiana oysters at (what else?) the Louisiana Oyster Jubilee, set March 8, 2014, outdoors — right down the middle of the 300 block of Bourbon Street in New Orleans’ French Quarter.
It’s a fest combining Louisiana’s chefs, restaurateurs and oyster aficionados to celebrate the state’s savory oysters. The Oyster Jubilee was founded in 2007 by New Orleans Musical Legends, Inc. and the Louisiana Seafood Promotion & Marketing Board.
