Artisan Food Workshops in Toronto
In 1993, ACE Bakery of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, began baking artisan breads at a small bakery café. Today ACE breads are available across Canada, the United States and the Caribbean.
To celebrate, the 20 individuals chosen from across Canada for the bakery’s Artisan Incubator are coming to Toronto to showcase their foods and conduct workshops on June 21 and 22, 2013.
The topics are as varied as the foods they make – cheese-making, distilling, foraging, sausage and chocolate making, fermentation and more. The locations include some of Toronto’s top culinary facilities. Their workshops are listed online.
ACE Bakery will be offering a workshop on artisan bread both days with Master Baker, Marcus Mariathas.
Needless to say, Road Trips Foodies, tickets to these workshops are limited. If you want to attend, buy tickets to the session(s) before heading to Toronto.
