Dinner, Start to Finish
The Spring Gala sponsored by REAP Food Group is more than a dinner.
For this intimate dinner, set for April 28, 2013, in the Grand Ballroom of the Concourse Hotel, 1 West Dayton, Madison, Wisconsin (map), guests will have the opportunity to interact with the chefs, watch and learn how the meal is prepared, and hear the stories behind the southern Wisconsin foods used.
The evening begins at 5:30 p.m. with hors d’oeuvres and cocktails. All dinner courses will highlight local foods and be accompanied by wine chosen by the chefs.
Tickets are $150 per person.
