Available now through August 30, 2013, the Master Peruvian Chef package includes a private tour of the restaurant’s kitchen with Executive Chef Renzo Alcántara and a photo keepsake of guest with the culinary team, a personalized 2-1/2 hour Peruvian culinary course at Le Cordon Bleu culinary arts school (including an apron, hat, recipe book and certificate of participation), a chef’s jacket to wear during a cooking session with Social Restaurant & Bar chef Renzo Miñan followed by a tasting, and a gastronomic tour with a visit to a typical Peruvian market and the La Rosa Nautica restaurant, where guests will learn to prepare the Pisco Sour cocktail and ceviche, followed by lunch.
