Driving through Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, later this month, Road Trips Foodie? Schedule a stop for a Christmas Afternoon Tea in the Hotel Selkirk.
Between 1 and 3 p.m. from December 17 through 21, 2012, they’ll be featuring a selection of peppermint and cinnamon teas, finger sandwiches, turkey pot pie, fresh mint fruit cup, pecan tarts, shortbread cookies and homemade fudge (the adventurous can add a hot rum toddy, spiced eggnog or and mulled wine.)
Hotel Selkirk is located in Fort Edmonton Park (map) and is a reconstruction of an 1920’s hotel that was originally located on Jasper Avenue.
