Norsk Høstfest, September 26, 27, 28 and 29, 2012, celebrates the food, heritage and culture of the five Nordic countries.
The four-day event offers up authentic Scandinavian fare like lutefisk, lefse and sweet Danish aebelskivers. Culturally-focused foodies also find rice pudding, Swedish meatballs, creamy Norwegian rommergrot, and the new polyglot classics such as Uff-Da Tacos and Viking-on-a-Stick.
Executive chefs and master bakers from Norway, Iceland, and Sweden will prepare delicacies for the Scandinavian Kitchen, the exclusive En To Tre. Now in its 35th year, the Norsk Høstfest also features entertainment, Scandinavian craftsmen (and women) plus artists.
