This is for all of you Road Trips Foodies who are gluten intolerant. I’ll bet you thought you couldn’t take a culinary tour of Italy.
Well, think again. Perillo Tours will offer its first “Gluten-Free Tuscany“, complete with villa stays, market tours, tastings and cooking lessons, from October 11 through 18, 2012.
The tour is hosted by Jennifer Lannolo of Zenfully Delicious, a company she founded two years ago to “empower people with chronic pain and food sensitivities to live a delicious life”.
