The third annual Traverse City Winter Microbrew & Music Festival is set for February 11, 2012, in the Village at Grand Traverse Commons, 1200 West 11th Street, Traverse City, Michigan (map).

Hours are 4 to 10 p.m., and it’s an over-21-only event (of course). Tickets ($30) include five seven-ounce pours, a tasting cup, entertainment and free shuttles between downtown and the Village.

Attendees can sample craft brews from more than 60 producers from Michigan and beyond, plus wines from the Old Mission Peninsula, cider and mead. And, of course there’ll be live music, local food and craft beer education.

Note that this is an outdoor festival taking place under heated tents in the middle of a northern Michigan winter and dress accordingly.
