New Eateries on Kaua’i
Kaua‘i, Hawa’i has a whole raft of new restaurants for Road Trips Foodies to sample on their island excursions.
Ø Josselin’s Tapas Bar & Grill has opened in Po‘ipü. The new menu by Jean-Marie Josselin, one of the 12 original Hawai‘i Regional Cuisine chefs, features a mix of country French, seasonal Provencal and Asian dishes.
Ø 22 North is a new restaurant at Kilohana Plantation that offers only Kaua‘i-grown meats, fish, and produce, including fruits and vegetables from its 1.5-acre garden and the 60-acre Kilohana orchard and agricultural park.
Ø Kaua‘i Grill,the first Hawai‘i restaurant of acclaimed Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, features his French and Asian influenced cuisine at The St. Regis Princeville Resort.
Ø Kaua‘i Culinary Market at Kukui‘ula Village is Kaua‘i’s latest market featuring live chef demonstrations using Kaua‘i grown food products.
