Mark your calendars, Road Trips Foodies — and get out the breath mints. The second annual Cleveland Garlic Festival is set for September 10 and 11, 2011, at Shaker Square, Cleveland, Ohio. Hours are 1-9 p.m. the first day, and noon to 6 p.m. the second.
Attendees will enjoy garlic-themed food prepared by local chefs including everything from ice cream to oysters, an onsite celebrity chef Grill-Off, live music, cooking demonstrations and wine tastings plus “taste and grow” tents especially for kids.
Sponsored by the North Union Farmers’ Market, the goal of the festival is to spread the love of garlic!
