Cardigan Bay Seafood Festival
A mackerel barbecue, fish filleting demonstrations, food and fish tastings plus such fun as folk dancing will take over Aberaeron Harbor in Ceredigion, Wales starting at 11 a.m. July 10, 2011.
The 13th annual Cardigan Bay Seafood Festival promises the best of local seafood, fish and other produce — including, no doubt, the town’s legendary honey, honey ice cream and honey mustard.
The Dylan Thomas Trail runs through Ceredigion, passing through Aberaeron and ending in New Quay.
And, Road Trips Foodies, here’s a bonus: Cardigan Bay is one of the best places in the United Kingdom for spotting bottlenose dolphins!
