The Cardiff International Food & Drink Festival returns to Roald Dahl Plass, Cardiff Bay, Wales, July 8-10, 2011, with a glorious spread of farmhouse cheese, handmade chocolates, specialist liqueurs and much, much more to tempt the taste buds.
So, Road Trips Foodies, if you’re across the pond this weekend, head on over. Shop at the Producers Fayre or Farmers Market; relax on the Food Piazza or visit the Champagne Bar at water’s edge.
And, don’t miss the food demonstrations and hands-on workshops in the John Lewis Food Theatre. Signature dishes and seasonal recipes will be prepared using local fresh ingredients — many of which are available to buy on site.
