Singapore Food Festival
The Singapore Food Festival takes place each year during the entire month of July with a wide variety of food-centric events.
Given the city-state’s multicultural roots, the food on offer is diverse, including dishes that are Chinese, Malay and Indian. It was first held in 1994, Road Trips Foodies.
More than 60 food stalls are expected this year at the Singapore Food Festival Village, open July 15 through 24, 2011. This year’s theme is the spice trade, so look for special seasonings and blends.
