Well, Road Trips Foodies, if you’re not across the pond already, you’ll miss this event!
The Waterford Festival of Food kicked off yesterday (yes, April 14) in Dungarvan, County Waterford, Ireland, and continues through Sunday (April 17, 2011).
It includes a barbecue by the sea, a craft beer garden and even cake decorating classes along with all sorts of events featuring local produce. Oh, well. This year’s the fourth edition, so here’s hoping there’s a fifth in 2012!
