St. Croix Food & Wine Experience
Seven days of good eating are promised during the St. Croix Food & Wine Experience, to be held April 10 through 16, 2011, on St. Croix in the United States Virgin Islands.
Local chefs, celebrity chefs, cooking show personalities and top winemakers from the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Texas, Georgia, Oregon and abroad help brew up a showcase of diverse cuisine and wine. Tickets for the various events are available online, and range from $25 (for a Food & Wine Symposium at the Palms) to $350 (for Tutto Bene Gourmet Vintner Dinner with Chef Tiffany Derry).
