The Ultimate Dinner in New Zealand
Three chefs from three different countries will descend on The Farm at Cape Kidnappers on Hawke’s Bay in New Zealand on March 26, 2011, to present a special degustation dinner that is limited exclusively to guests at the small, 22-suite property.
Chefs Thomas Keller (from the French Laundry in Yountville, California), Heston Blumenthal (of the Fat Duck in the United Kingdom) and Neil Perry (of Australia’s Rockpool Bar and Grill) will each create two signature dishes as part of a six-course collaborative meal. Each course will be paired with local Dry River wines.
