The Financial Times, a newspaper famously printed on salmon-colored paper, has taken a look at the organic and artisan bakers who are raising the bar for taste and freshness in the boulangeries of Paris, France.

Writer Rosa Jackson has come up with a list of eight that shouldn’t be missed by any visitor to the City of Light. As noted in the October 30 / October 31, 2010, issue of the paper, here they are:
