Enchantment Resort has New Executive Chef
Chef Ted Cizma (pictured) brings 25 years of culinary expertise to his new role as Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Director for Enchantment Resort in Sedona, Arizona.
Currently working on enhancements to the Yavapai and Tii Gavo menus, he will be adding new items throughout the summer. New dishes on the horizon include day boat Maine scallops with heirloom bean sweet corn succotash, beet marinated striped bass crudo, huitlacoche tamales, and roasted baby beets with salted sheep’s milk ricotta cheese, cucumber blossom and organic yogurt.
Prior to joining Enchantment Resort, he was Executive Chef at the Grand Traverse Resort and Spa in Michigan, where he provided the culinary insight and managed the creative execution of the resort’s six restaurants, as well as preparing extensive menus for the events, conferences and galas held throughout the property.
