Wine, Art & Jazz FestivalThe Fifth Annual Wine, Art & Jazz Festival takes place May 14-15, 2010, along the banks of the Ohio River in Old Lock and Dam Park, French Island Trail, Newburgh, Indiana.

“Grapes on the Grass Wine Tasting and Soiree is 7-9 p.m. May 14. If you want to attend this event, Road Trips Foodies, you’ll have to plan ahead: only 200 tickets at $40 per person will be sold. You’ll also be able to sample foods from the participating restaurants: Acropolis, Edgewater Grille, Firefly Southern Grill, Knob Hill Tavern, Mulberry Jeans Accents, Tin Fish, and Vecchio’s Italian Market & Delicatessen (plus more).

The festival resumes from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. May 15, 2010, again on the banks of the Ohio. The entrance fee ($20) includes one’s own personal wine glass and all the wine tastings. Local artisans will display and sell their artwork, an array of fabulous foods will be available to taste and purchase, and fantastic jazz will fill the air.
