Peixe em Lisboa 2010
The 3rd edition of “Peixe em Lisboa” (Lisbon Fish & Flavors festival) will run April 10 to 18, 2010, in Lisbon, Portugal. More than 20 chefs will unveil the mysteries of seafood to offer a mouthwatering assortment of dishes. At Pavilhão de Portugal in the Parque das Nações from noon to midnight each day of the festival, Road Trips Foodies will be able to find areas dedicated to Lisbon’s regional products (olive oil, bread and the famous ginjinha liquor) plus two wine bars, two beer bars and one dedicated to spirits. In special areas for restaurants, tasting dishes will be served. Demonstratons by Portuguese and international chefs will emphasize the importance of fish in a balanced diet.
Peixe em Lisboa is organized by the Tourism Association of Lisbon and the City Hall of Lisbon, produced by Essência do Vinho.
