It’s almost time for the Jambalaya Cook-off in Lincoln City, Oregon! Admission is free for the 11 a.m.-2 p.m. event Saturday (January 30, 2010), but there’s a small fee for each tasting-sized portion. Road Trips Foodies meandering along the Pacific Coast in Oregon should head to the Culinary Center on the fourth floor of the building housing both the Driftwood Public Library and Lincoln City’s City Hall, 801 SW US 101, Lincoln City, Oregon.
