Like Seafood? Heading to South Africa?
SIGNAL, the restaurant at Cape Grace, a hotel on the waterfront in Cape Town, South Africa, has introduced a new “Simply Fresh From the Sea” menu under the direction of Executive Chef Malika van Reenen. Diners create their own fresh seafood platters from a choice of giant tiger prawns, langoustines, whole crayfish, fresh local fish, squid and steamed mussels – all grilled, basted with fresh herbs and lemon, and paired with a selection of sauces that includes lime hollandaise, smoked tomato and sweet chili.
