Dynamic Trio of Chefs Create Memorable Meal
On Friday, July 31, 2009, three visiting chefs will return to the Inn & Spa at Cedar Falls in Logan, Ohio, to create an unforgettable five-course dinner. Of course, a limited number of reservations will be accepted for this culinary showpiece — especially as the cost is just $45 per person.
The menu theme is “Ohio Summer: Fresh & Local”, and it’ll include salmon rillettes, heirloom tomatoes, Hocking County sweet corn, Oakvale Farmstead Ohio gouda — and more.
The trio of chefs is Jim Budros (a master-certified barbecue judge), Steve Stover (who also reviews restaurants for CityScene magazine) and Rich Terapak, a veteran of 30 years in the kitchen.
