Turkey Feast Masterclass at Peppers

The MasterChef Perfect Christmas Fare Masterclass on November 12, 2011, will help you develop cooking skills under the guidance of the experienced team of chefs at Merretts Restaurant at Peppers Anchorage. The fee (Au $150) includes lunch.
Beginning at 11 a.m., you’ll learn the tricks to the perfect turkey complete with stuffing, the best method of dressing ham and cooking the Australian Christmas all-time favorite of seafood. Then, you’ll sit down to experience your own creation, accompanied by house wines and domestic beers.
And it wouldn’t be Christmas without gifts, of course. Also included in your Masterclass package is your own MasterChef apron and Christmas inspired recipes, handpicked by Merretts Chefs.
