Savor the Central Coast
Celebrity chef Cat Cora is the centerpiece for Savor the Central Coast, set for September 29 through October 2, 2011, in and around San Luis Obispo, California.
The four day extravaganza, Road Trips Foodies, showcases winemakers, chefs and artisanal food producers in the area about half-way between Los Angeles and San Francisco.
In addition to demos on “classics with a twist” by Chef Cora, it includes a poolside kickoff event at Hearst Castle, wine awards presented on the Pismo Pier, a winemaker dinner and 36 seminars and chef demonstrations. A listing of featured farmers, chefs, restaurants, brewers, wineries and vendors participating in “Savor” is available online.
