Taste of Indiana: Dig-IN
Panel discussions, cooking demonstrations, urban gardening exhibits, sessions with local chefs, wine tastings, beer and food pairing classes and more are planned for the Taste of Indiana set for August 29, 2010, in White River State Park, downtown Indianapolis.
It’s a farmer’s market, sure, but also a feast for the senses and a chance to brainstorm with some of the state’s greatest “food minds” (hence the subtitle: “Dig-IN”). Attend this extravaganza, Road Trips Foodies, and you’ll be on a journey from field to table top with the leading Hoosier proponents of sustainable agriculture.
Sponsors include Slow Food Indy, Indiana Artisan and the Indiana Department of Tourism.
