Headed to Oregon, Road Trips Foodies? Celebrate the harvest season at the 34th annual Hood River Valley Harvest Fest.
It’s set for October 14, 15 and 16, 2016, at the Hood River Event Site, Hood River, Oregon. Hours are 1 to 6 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
This old-fashioned fall festival brings together more than 125 vendors offering local produce and food products, plus arts and crafts, wine, cider and beer tastings.
All festival-goers ages 15 and up are invited to take part in pie eating contests set for 2 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday.
It’s produced by the Hood River County Chamber of Commerce.
