Norsk Høstfest logoNorsk Høstfest, said to be North America’s largest Scandinavian Festival, has Nordic tradition on full display from September 28, 2022, through October 1, 2022, at the North Dakota State Fairgrounds, 2005 Burdick Expy East, Minot, North Dakota. From Nordic entertainment to culinary options, guests will truly have a cultural experience. Visit with artisans showcasing ancient traditions or take a walk back in time at Viking Village.

Of most interest to Road Trips Foodies, of course, is the Nordic Kitchen, which will feature some of Scandinavia’s chefs and food artists. Audience members will learn firsthand how to make Scandinavian delicacies, and meet and interact with the chefs before and after each demonstration.
