Farm to Table, Red Cedar, TennesseeA Farm to Table Dinner series takes place this summer at Red Cedar Farms, 2041 State Hwy 99, Chapel Hill, Tennessee.

Dates are July 10 and 24, August 7 and 21, September 4 and 18, 2022. Hours for each are 6:30 to 9:30 pm. The cost? $300 per couple.

Guests will enjoy an evening at the farm with a gourmet five- to seven-course meal, made from scratch, with a summer-inspired menu featuring grass-fed meat, organic veggies, and dessert prepared by featured guest Chef Roman Smith. August 21 will be a vegan meal.

All dinner events are fixed menu. Each dish is crafted using fresh organic ingredients from local farms. Because all menus are hand selected and pre-planned, substitutions are not allowed for any dishes for this event. Food will be cooked to the Chef’s specifications, and there will be no changes to the menu for any reason. This includes preferences and allergies.

Guests must be 21 or older. All reservations are final and tickets are non-refundable. No date changes will be allowed due to the nature of the event. Note that tickets are transferable: you are welcome to give your seats away to anyone you’d like as long as they are 21 years old or older.

Guests are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes prior to seating to check in and mix and mingle with other guests. Please follow the event signs placed from the parking lot to our dining area. All of the dinners are outdoors under the night sky on the 65-acre organic produce farm located in Middle Tennessee. If rain is possible, dinner will be held under a tent outdoors. Please dress appropriately for the weather. This is a working farm: be aware of your surroundings and wear proper footwear (closed toe, comfortable shoes).

A portion of the proceeds benefits a local non-profit supporting local families in need.
