Arcadia Broiler Dairy Days in Wisconsin
Yeah, it was canceled because of the pandemic last year, but Arcadia Broiler Dairy Days return Memorial Day Weekend for their 67th year.
It takes place Friday and Saturday in the Arcadia Lions Pavilion, 551 Memorial Park Drive, Arcadia, Wisconsin (and is, of course, sponsored by the Arcadia Lions Club).
Centerpiece is “North America’s largest chicken pit” where the birds will be grilled to perfection over charcoal. Road Trips Foodies can sample the poultry from 5 p.m. Friday “until gone”.
Saturday begins with a pancake breakfast in the high school. Chicken will again be available from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
There also are all sorts of activities both days, including a bean bag toss, rodeo, soccer tournament, classic car show, live music, and a parade.
