South Beach Wine & Food Festival
Road Trips Foodies contemplating attending the South Beach Wine & Food Festival in Florida probably should begin planning now.
The Festival (known popularly as SOBEWFF®) will feature more than 100 events throughout both Miami-Dade and Broward counties February 19 through 23, 2020.
The five-day “destination events” showcases the talents of wine and spirits producers, chefs, and culinary personalities. There’s something for every taste: Italian bites on the beach, tacos after dark, grand tasting village, dinners hosted by various sets of celebrity chefs, a pizza party, a macaron-making master class, and a sandwich showdown. (Note: some of the events are already tagged as “sold out” — including the wine and chocolate pairing — so don’t dally.)
All proceeds from the Festival, sponsored by the Food Network & Cooking Channel, benefit the Florida International University Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management.
