The annual Navy Bean Festival takes place October 11 and 12, 2019, in Rising Sun, Indiana.
Beans will be served starting at 5 p.m. October 11, mostly in the form of navy bean soup, accompanied by homemade cornbread.
Of course there’s also music, games, crafts vendors, and rides — all along Main and Front streets, along the banks of the Ohio River (a complete schedule is online).
Festival admission and parking are free.
