Fermentation Festival in Portland, Oregon

The 10th annual Fermentation Festival will be held from 6 to 9:30 p.m. October 10, 2019, in Billy Frank Jr. Conference Center in the Pearl, 721 NW 9th Avenue, Portland, Oregon.
The “Stinkfest” is presented by the Stinkfest Queens and Ecotrust. Although the event doesn’t have its own website, there is more information about it here.
Sample fermented foods and beverages, and get tips and recipes from professional and amateur makers. Categories include pickled vegetables, kraut, meat/fish, liquid dairy, solid dairy, and soy ferments.
On the rooftop, Road Trips Foodies will find cider from Reverend Nat’s Hard Cider, food by Obon, and music by DJ Jimbo.
