More than 25 restaurants are expected to take part in the Taste of Temescal March 19, 2019.
The 10th annual “taste” takes place from 6 to 8:30 p.m. along Telegraph Avenue from 40th to 52nd streets plus Temescal Alley and Claremont Avenue in Oakland, California.
Some of the 2019 participating restaurants are:
Asmara Restaurant, Bierhaus Oakland, Bird and Buffalo, Burma Superstar, Café Colucci, Dona Tomas, Hawking Bird, Hawk and Pony, Prima Materia, The CRO Cafe, and The Well.
Tickets at $40 are available online.
According to Wikipedia, Temescal is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Oakland, California. In North Oakland, it is centered on Telegraph Avenue. The neighborhood derives its name from Temescal Creek.
