The annual meeting of the National Pasta Association takes place March 10, 11 and 12, 2019, at the La Playa Beach & Golf Resort, Naples, Florida.
Road Trips Foodies can learn more about the history of pasta online. (Did you know that the first pasta factory opened in 1848 in Brooklyn, New York?) The association is an organization of manufacturers, marketers, millers and suppliers in the pasta industry.
