Extraordinary Eats on the Caribbean Island of Anguilla
“Extraordinary Eats” is a two-week celebration of food, culture, and the culinary arts on the Caribbean island of Anguilla. It features prix-fixe menus at partner restaurants and accommodations island-wide.
Two-course lunches are priced at $35, and three-course dinners at $65. Dates for this culinary celebration are April 14 through 28, 2019.
Three more foodie fests overlap these restaurant weeks. The first is the “Festival Del Mar”, taking place April 20 and 21, 2019, at Island Harbor and featuring seafood feasts and johnny cakes.
Then there’s “Taste of the Strip” April 26, 2019, along Landsome Road (look for food vendors from all over the island offering tasty treats at “incredible prices”).
Finally, the “Anguilla’s Chefs Extraordinaire” takes place April 27, 2019, at the Cuisinart Resort. This fundraiser benefitting local chefs and “enriching the culinary tradition” takes place in an elegant, all-white setting.
