Here are some of the options:

Ancestry Cellars will be pairing up five wines with selections from Judy’s Sweet Shop in Manson, Washington. The wines include a La Sœur blend with a raspberry truffle and a Reserve Cabernet with Moonstruck 68% Cacao Dark Chocolate.

There’ll be gourmet s’mores on the patio of Cairdeas Winery, which will feature a flight of reds paired with chocolate. The grand finale? An Intrigue Chocolate French-inspired truffle paired with a 2016 Port-style Petite Sirah.

Fielding Hills Winery will offer Barrel Select wines paired with locally produced Yetti Chocolates. Hard Row to Hoe Vineyards plans truffles with their red wines. Tildio will be pour its estate grown Cabernet Franc and a Sangiovese from Okanogan County paired with dark chocolates from Spokandy.

Lake Chelan Wine Valley was named as the 11th AVA (American Viticultural Area) in Washington State. It encompasses the southernmost and easternmost areas of the lake and the surrounding land that are at or below 2,000 feet in elevation.
