South Florida Garlic Festival
The 20th annual South Florida Garlic Fest takes place February 9 and 10, 2019, in John Prince Park, 4759 South Congress Avenue, Lake Worth, Florida.
Hours are 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are available online.
Of course there’s music and other entertainment (after all, the organizers claim it’s the “Best Stinkin’ Party in South Florida”), but we know Road Trips Foodies go there for the garlic.
There’ll be plenty in the Garlic Infused Gourmet Alley, including flaming shrimp scampi, garlic crab cakes, garlic bruschetta, garlic pizza, garlic Argentine BBQ with garlic black beans and rice, garlic conch fritters, garlic Portobello sandwiches,and (of course) garlic ice cream.
