Pinot Celebration Australia
Want to learn more about Australia’s wines, Road Trips Foodies? The Mornington Peninsula (part of Victoria, just outside Melbourne) is hosting a Pinot Celebration Australia festival February 8 and 9, 2019.
The event, organized by the Mornington Peninsula Vignerons Association, will be a celebration of all things Pinot Noir ( one of the grape varieties grown on the Peninsula). The fest, taking place at the at the RACV Cape Schanck Resort, Trent Jones Drive, Cape Schanck, Victoria, Australia, will feature talks and discussions from local and international growers and winemakers, lunches, and wine tastings.
An hour’s drive south of Melbourne, the Mornington Peninsula is located on the route of “Go Beyond Melbourne”, offering some of Victoria’s most scenic drives. The route also takes in the regions of the Yarra Valley and Dandenong Ranges, Phillip Island and the Bellarine Peninsula, and the Melbourne to Sydney Coastal Drive.
